UK DELIVERY INFORMATION
Vape and Go offers fast UK delivery from our Preston warehouse, including free standard tracked UK delivery on orders over £35. Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48 orders placed before 8pm are dispatched the same day, 7 days a week.
Delivery times depend on the service selected, delivery postcode, courier schedules, bank holidays, age verification, payment checks, stock availability and service availability.
Vape products are for adults aged 18 and over only. Age checks may apply at checkout, dispatch, delivery or collection.
This section explains when your order is usually dispatched from our warehouse. Dispatch time is not the same as delivery time.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: same-day dispatch 7 days a week for orders placed before 8pm.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: same-day dispatch 7 days a week for orders placed before 8pm.
- DPD Next Working Day: same-day dispatch Monday to Friday for orders placed before 4pm.
- DPD Saturday Delivery: order before Friday at 4pm.
- DPD Sunday Delivery: order before Saturday at 12pm noon.
- In-store collection: available from our Preston warehouse once you receive your ready-to-collect notification.
Orders placed after the relevant cut-off time are usually dispatched on the next available dispatch day for the selected service.
Although we dispatch Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 orders 7 days a week, courier transit and delivery times may vary during weekends, bank holidays, seasonal peaks or service disruption.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery
Royal Mail Tracked 48 is our standard UK tracked delivery service.
Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 parcels within 2 to 4 working days from dispatch, but this is not a guaranteed delivery service.

Royal Mail Special Delivery

This service includes full tracking and usually requires a signature or delivery confirmation. Delivery restrictions may apply to some postcodes.

Deliveries usually take place Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Some postcode restrictions apply.

You can place your order online and collect it from our Preston warehouse.

We may refuse collection if valid age verification cannot be completed.
Where possible, we ship to offshore locations and remote UK postcodes using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48.
This may include:
- Northern Ireland;
- Scottish Highlands;
- Scottish Islands;
- Isle of Man;
- Channel Islands.
Please allow extra delivery time for remote or offshore locations.
DPD services are not available for Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and some Scottish Highland or Island postcodes. If DPD is unavailable, Royal Mail options may be shown at checkout instead.
We do not currently deliver to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses.
This is due to delivery restrictions that may apply to vaping products, e-liquids and lithium-ion batteries.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email or text message where available.
Tracking updates are provided by the courier. During busy periods, tracking may take time to update after dispatch.

Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, but delays can happen.

Vape and Go is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but we may not be able to change the address once the order has entered processing or been dispatched.
Some courier services may allow you to choose a safe place, neighbour delivery or collection point.
If you choose a safe place or make delivery changes directly with the courier, this may affect how delivery issues are handled. Please choose a secure location and follow the courier's instructions.
If you miss a delivery, follow the instructions provided by the courier to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel.
